Terms of Service

TripCheap is a flight comparison and affiliate site. Live flight search results and outbound booking/referral links are available. Live hotel pricing and verified complete-trip totals are not yet available, so accommodation prices are not presented as verified bookable prices.

1. Acceptance

By using TripCheap ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

TripCheap currently lets you search live flight results from a home airport across multiple destinations and follow outbound links to third-party travel providers. Hotel discovery links may also be shown, but live hotel prices and verified complete-trip totals are not yet available.

3. No warranty on accuracy

Prices, availability, dates and destinations can change after a search. A displayed flight result is not a booking confirmation, and the final price and availability are determined by the third-party provider when you follow the booking or referral link.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or overload the Service with automated requests
Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal personal use
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service develops (particularly once real bookings launch). We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
