1. Acceptance
By using Cheap Trips ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Cheap Trips lets you search for a combined flight + accommodation package from a home airport across multiple destinations, ranked by total price, with optional car hire, insurance, and experience add-ons. At present all results are generated from deterministic sample data, not live provider inventory.
3. No warranty on accuracy
While the Service uses sample data, we make no claims about the accuracy, completeness, or real-world validity of any price, date, or destination shown. Once real provider integrations go live, prices will still be indicative at the point of search and subject to change until a booking is actually confirmed with the relevant provider.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or overload the Service with automated requests
- Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal personal use
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service develops (particularly once real bookings launch). We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
